The Arctic Planetary Science Institute (APSI) is an registered organization dedicated to promoting planetary geology and closely related fields. We do research, conduct public outreach and collaborate with other parties having similar agendas.
APSI functions mostly as a virtual institute, and the daily operations are conducted online. The name of the institute comes from the official headquarters, located on the Arctic circle in Finland. Even so, the institute knows no physical boundaries. APSI members are currently based in Finland, Sweden, Italy, and the United States.
We welcome new members, who abide by the APSI bylaws, and are connected to planetary science.
